Gabaji Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gabaji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing gabaji at gabaji.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on gabaji, including sports betting, casino games, instant games such as Mine and Mines Grand, live casino, and any promotional offers. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific game or promotion's rules, the specific rules for that game or promotion take precedence for that activity only.

Gabaji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of significant changes via the platform or by email where possible.

02 Eligibility

To register and use gabaji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Gabaji takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct a verification review. Any winnings accumulated during this period may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on gabaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Gabaji will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact gabaji support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your gabaji account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterward.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Gabaji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on gabaji.

Deposits are credited to your gabaji balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within a few hours for standard accounts and faster for VIP members. Gabaji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account level and are displayed in your account settings.
• Gabaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Funds deposited on gabaji may only be used for betting and gaming on the platform.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gabaji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. Gabaji's decisions on the settlement of bets are final unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

Bets are only valid once confirmed by the gabaji system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of a bet slip before confirmation, or any other informal record does not constitute a valid bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 per wager.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and account level.
• Gabaji reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed at the time you clicked.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules — typically voided and stakes returned.
• Gabaji may void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Gabaji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all gabaji promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Gabaji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets based on insider information about the outcome of an event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gabaji staff or other players.

Gabaji monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the review is conducted. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the review is complete.

08 Responsible Gaming

Gabaji takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being set.
• Self-exclusion requests are applied to your account immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• If you request self-exclusion, gabaji will also remove you from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting gabaji support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

Gabaji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• Gabaji is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity on your end.
• Gabaji is not responsible for any tax obligations you may have as a result of winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — gabaji reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly.
